What we will do and why
The Embedded Capacity Register (ECR) has been developed to provide enhanced information on Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and network requirements.
Key deliverables
- Provide information on generation and storage resources (>50kW) that are connected, or accepted to connect, to our network.
- Include information on flexibility services that are being provided by connected resources.
- Include details of reinforcement for “accepted to connect” projects where appropriate.
Target outcomes
- Open and accessible.
- High levels of data accuracy and completeness.
- Updated on a monthly basis.

- Percentage completeness of key fields.
- High levels of customer satisfaction.

Electric Vehicle Consent Solution Guide
