Building Network Operator Guide
What we will do and why
We are creating an updated version of the Building Network Operator (BNO) Guide which from 2014. The guide is being revised based on design policy, stakeholder feedback and regulation changes.

- Deliver an easy to use guide for customers.
- Store document on UK Power Networks website.
Target outcomes
- To make the installation of BNO networks easier for small services and projects customers.

Disconnections Workshop
Customers have informed us that there is room for improvement in our disconnections process. We are keen to better understand their needs and co-design a solution with them to improve our service. We will be holding a workshop with our interested customers to understand the issue, from this we hope to devise a workplan and a set of actions to improve the process.
