What we will do and why

Customers have informed us that there is room for improvement in our disconnections process. We are keen to better understand their needs and co-design a solution with them to improve our service.

We will be holding a workshop with our interested customers to understand the issue, from this we hope to devise a workplan and a set of actions to improve the process.
