Develop an online self-service solution to accelerate the quotation process for relevant and authorised ICPs where more than one ICP is competing for work at a specific site.
Key deliverables
- Allow ICPs to interrogate similar quotes for the non-contestable works at a given site for a given demand.
- Make formal applications online and receive instantaneous quotations based on previous requests for a given demand.
Target outcomes
- Quicker LC15 quotations.
- High levels of consistency between similar application requests.
- Increased efficiency and reduction in duplicate workload.

- Reduction in total LC15 quotation volumes.
- High levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reduction in average time to quote (ATTQ).
