Connections process over 70kVA guide
What we will do and why
The Connections process over 70kVA guide was designed to provide relevant guidance to make the connections process clear to customers and ensure they have all the relevant information needed before submitting their application.
We will review and update the guide to ensure the process is up-to-date and include additional information such as changes to the application process and connections agreements.
Key deliverables
- Deliver an easy to use guide for customers.
- Store document on UK Power Networks website.

- Provide customers with the information to ensure it is faster and easier to connect to our network.

Disconnections Workshop
Customers have informed us that there is room for improvement in our disconnections process. We are keen to better understand their needs and co-design a solution with them to improve our service. We will be holding a workshop with our interested customers to understand the issue, from this we hope to devise a workplan and a set of actions to improve the process.
